Yes. All data is processed on AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai). Conversation logs are stored in India. Seva is designed to meet DPDP requirements out of the box.
Can Seva access my loan management system?
Seva integrates via a secure API you control. You define exactly which endpoints it can call and what data it can surface to customers.
What if a customer asks for their account balance?
