Pricing questions
What counts as a conversation?
One continuous exchange between a customer and Seva — from the first message to the end of the session. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. A conversation that spans 10 messages still counts as one.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your portal dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Growth comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all Growth features during the trial.
Are all 9 Indian languages included?
Hindi + English are available on Starter. All 9 languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia) + English are included from Growth onwards.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade mid-month or purchase additional conversations. We never cut off active customers.
Is my data safe?
All customer conversations are processed on AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai). Data never leaves India. Prakryt is DPDP-ready by design.
